Chiropractor
Josh Younce D.C.
Dr. Josh Younce is a chiropractic physician. He is one of the co-owners, as well as the clinic director for our Bartlett facility. Originally from the state of Kentucky, he received his undergraduate degree from Shawnee State University, while playing baseball for Carson Newman College (TN), and SSU (Ohio).
He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, as well as a team physician for Wheaton Academy High School and FCA (Fellowship Of Christian Athletes) local athletic programs. Dr. Younce is passionate about helping athletes and weekend-warriors of all ages. His favorite quote is; “Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal.” His goal is to help as many people as possible achieve their highest level of function and live life to the fullest. His hobbies clinic exercising, volunteering with his church, and spending time with his fantastic wife Cheri, and two kids; Sydney Paige & Jackson Finley.
Chiropractor
Frank Ambrosio D.C.
Dr. Frank Ambrosio believes that chiropractic care can improve ability, balance, power and kinesthetic perception. He helps restore proper function to a wide range of patients from athletes to individuals who suffer from chronic and temporary pain. Dr. Ambrosio received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.
He previously received his BA from George Washington University, In Washington D.C. Dr. Ambrosio utilizes the most updated techniques to treat and provide lasting relief from neck pain, headaches, low back pain, sciatica, disc syndromes, ankle pain, knee pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Eric Brosio D.C.
Dr. Eric Brosio received his Chiropractic Degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Il. He enjoys treating various conditions and works hard to understand the root cause of the patient's symptoms as well as their goals in receiving Chiropractic care. His career with Olympia began with the Elmhurst location and was transferred to the Bartlett location.
He has had the privilege of working with many great individuals within Olympia. With Olympia, he has been able to continue his passion of treating patients within a multidisciplinary setting. As a former athlete, Eric used his past experiences as well as his knowledge gained during his education to help coach Track & Field at Palatine H.S. Not only did his athletes stay healthy and injury free, but two of his hurdlers qualified for the state meet. When not treating patients at the clinic, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. As a family, they enjoy spending time in the woods of Wisconsin where they pursue activities such as hunting and fishing. He also enjoys gardening, woodworking and home remodeling projects.
Physical Therapist
Stephanie Ruff D.P.T.
Stephanie Ruff is a staff physical therapist at Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy. Stephanie grew up in Elmhurst, IL. She attended Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, IL where she played tennis for four years and received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology in 2012.
She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL in 2016. Stephanie has been practicing in the state of Illinois for 3 years in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She has been an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since beginning her physical therapy schooling in 2013. Stephanie has a passion for helping others regain the function necessary to return to their daily lifestyle. She has taken continual education coursework in SIJ dysfunction, ACL reconstruction, vestibular re-education, and foot/ankle pathology. She enjoys working with all age groups. With her background in athletics, she enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic conditions including sport-related injuries, spine disorders, joint replacements, shoulder rehabilitation, and knee rehabilitation. Outside of work, Stephanie loves to spend time with family and friends. She enjoys playing tennis and golf, hiking, yoga, running, as well as cooking, and travelling.
Physical Therapy Assistant
Nisha Patel P.T.A.
Nisha is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who received her Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in 2018 in Kinesiology. She then attended Harper College and received her Associated in Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant in 2023.
Nisha has a passion for coaching gymnastics on the side as she was a former gymnast herself for 14 years. She strives to provide good patient care with all types of orthopedic conditions. Outside of work Nisha loves to spend time with her family and friends, travel and workout.
Massage Therapist
Latoya Hall L.M.T.
Latoya Hall, LMT, graduated from Harper College in 2017 and specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, PNF, and cupping. Massage helps with pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery and prevention. I became a therapist because I have personally felt these amazing effects from massage and want others to achieve optimal health.

Michelle Enders L.M.T.
Michelle Enders Michelle is new to the Olympia team but is a veteran in the therapy industry of over twenty years. She is a blessed mother of three incredible sons, and lives each day to love, nurture and support them in their life endeavors. Michelle approaches her career with the same energy, passion and ethics.
She is a fantastically skilled massage therapist who is always on the cutting edge of techniques and services that will better help her patients. She considers referrals to be the highest compliment a therapist can receive.
